Melissa Suzanne McBride (born May 23 1965) is an American actress and former Casting Director, best known for her part as Carol Peletier from AMC's series The Walking Dead. McBride has won many awards and nods for the part she played on AMC's The Walking Dead. McBride came from Lexington Kentucky, where her parents John McBride and Suzanne Lillian were born. Her father owns a business and mother studies at Pasadena Playhouse. John Michael Neil Allen, Melanie Suzanne, and Melanie Suzanne were her siblings. McBride's acting debut came in 1991 when she was featured in a television commercial for Rooms To Go. She was also a Ford spokesperson.
